Attorney Laurel Tesmer Joins Leadership Brandon Class of 2011
Brandon, FL (Law Firm Newswire) February 8, 2011 - Brandon attorney Laurel Tesmer recently was accepted as a member of the Leadership Brandon Class of 2011. Tesmer is an attorney at Osenton Law Offices, P.A., with offices in Brandon and Lakeland, Florida. Her practice concentrates in family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, civil litigation and other matters.
Leadership Brandon is hosted by the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce. It is designed to assist leaders of the Brandon community in perfecting their leadership skills while learning about the issues affecting the community. Each month the class has a day-long session. This month the class toured MacDill Air Force Base and learned how vital the base is to the Brandon community, where many members of the military choose to live.
Tesmer was nominated to this year’s class by Reginald Osenton, president and senior attorney at Osenton Law Offices. “As a member of the Class of 2006, I know Laurel will be a great addition to this year’s class,” said Osenton. “She will have as much fun as I did as she works to make Brandon a better place to live and work.”
As one of only 31 selected members, Tesmer was picked because of her leadership role in the community and sense of civic responsibility. She practices law in Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Laurel provides counsel to families and individuals in divorce, child custody, visitation and time sharing, alimony, as well as enforcement and contempt proceedings and modifications.
