Fort Lauderdale, FL (Law Firm Newswire) January 6, 2012 – Aviation transaction professionals and attendees will be in Delray Beach, Florida February 9-10 to explore the latest developments in aircraft transactions, registration, and challenges in the industry. The 2012 Aircraft Registration Conference, “Aviation: On the Razor’s Edge of Recovery” is held at the Marriot Delray Beach.

Some of the other hot topics to be discussed during the two-day event include the challenges of aircraft registration and non-citizen beneficiary trusts. The Cape Town Convention will be examined in another panel that will highlight what has worked well and best practices learned after five years of the Convention being in effect. Pending litigation will be focused on in another panel to make attendees aware of duties, lien issues, and other related concerns.
