AAEPA Boot Camp and 3-day Summit for Estate Planning Lawyers is Back for 2012
San Diego, CA (Law Firm Newswire) August 23, 2012 – Know everything about running a successful estate planning practice? Then skip Boot Camp.
“Boot Camps are an enormously popular 8-hour eye-opener with estate planning attorneys; it keeps them up-to-date with the latest practice building information available. Those who attend know the real secret to running a successful estate planning practice. Those who don’t … miss the boat,” indicated Robert Armstrong, co-founder of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorney’s (AAEPA). The systems the Academy provides are designed to free up an attorney’s time, allowing them to discover how to work on their business, not get lost in their business.
Boot Camp and the companion 3-day Summit, are slated for October 3/7, 2012, in San Diego, and are open to qualified attorneys in areas where membership in the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys is available. “Contact us directly to see if you are in an area where membership is available,” suggested Jennifer Price, AAEPA Director of Member Services.
“Lawyers spend years learning the law but usually receive no training in marketing their services, or managing a business. You can be the best lawyer in the world, but if your office is empty, it doesn’t matter how good you are,” added Armstrong. Whether an attorney opts to join the Academy or not, they are invited to stay for the full 3-day Summit; which offers up to 15 hours of CLE, ethics, practice management, law firm technology, and marketing instructions and materials.
For attorneys who missed the free July 19th, 2012 webinar on Estate Planning Law Firms Systems, or the August 22nd, 2012 webinar on Analyzing Your Estate Planning Financials, contact the AAEPA directly at info@aaepa.com. They offer either webinar upon request.
