H Texas Magazine Names Immigration Lawyer Annie Banerjee Top Lawyer 2014
Houston, TX (Law Firm Newswire) August 14, 2014 - The annual Top Lawyers list, published by H Texas Magazine, recognizes top lawyers in their fields as nominated and voted for by their peers.
“I was delighted to be recognized by my immigration colleagues for work in this field,” said Annie Banerjee, principal attorney at the Law Office of Annie Bannerjee, Houston.
H Texas Magazine annually recognizes distinguished, high-achieving lawyers. H Texas Magazine mails nominee ballots to local lawyers, extending an invitation for them to vote. Once nominations are received and verified by editorial staff, pertinent background information is double-checked.
In 1996, Annie Banerjee graduated from South Texas College of Law third highest in her class and on a full academic scholarship. She made the Dean’s List and worked as the Assistant Editor of the South Texas Law Review. Ms. Banerjee holds a Master's Degree in English from Queen’s University of Ontario, Canada and a Bachelor's degree in English (with Honors) from the prestigious Presidency College in India. To realize that dream, we represent clients in immigration matters throughout the United States,” Banerjee reflected. Banerjee’s determination and dedication has brought her her recognition as a top immigration lawyer.
Ms. Banerjee is a member of the State Bar of Texas, College of the State Bar of Texas, American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and Indian Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston. She is the co-founder of the Indian American Lawyers of Houston.
