Rachel Donnelly is an award-winning litigator who started honing her courtroom skills while studying at California Western School of Law. While still a student, Ms. Donnelly won second place in the Lynch Appellate Competition and first place with her team in the San Diego Defense Lawyers Mock Trial Competition. After admission to the State Bar of California, she co-chaired a high profile insurance fraud case, People v. Podgurski, prior to opening her own practice and representing clients in personal injury and employment law matters.

Amy Smith attended the California Western School of Law and was admitted to practice law in the state of California in 2012. While in law school, Ms. Smith won Distinguished Advocate Awards based on her performance in several oral argument competitions. Prior to law school, Amy earned her degree in political science from the University of California at San Diego. During her final year of college, Ms. Smith was recognized as “Intern of the Year” based upon her performance during her internship at Senator Barbara Boxer’s San Diego office.
