“Based on the actions of Congress to date, it’s a fairly safe bet that anything dealing with immigration reform will be on hold for a very long time. Will the two cohorts be able to wrangle a workable deal and get things moving again? Let’s just say it would not be something the vast majority of Americans would bet on,” Rifkin said.
