Marjorie Mesidor Joins Phillips & Phillips as Lead Counsel

New York, NY (Law Firm Newswire) October 3, 2011 – PHILLIPS & PHILLIPS has announced the addition of Marjorie Mesidor, who has joined the firm as a lead counsel in employment discrimination and criminal defense cases effective September 19, 2011. Ms. Mesidor, who was an attorney at The Law Offices of Frederick K. Brewington and Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton and Garrison, LLP, will bring her extensive Title VII, Title IX, sections 1983 and 1981 experience to PHILLIPS & PHILLIPS.

She represents individual plaintiffs in sexual harassment race, gender and disability based discrimination matter before the EEOC and the New York State Division of Human Rights and in New York state and federal courts. In addition, she assists clients in negotiating conciliation and separation agreements throughout New York City.
