Legal Award Programs Website Launched

The new website www.lawawardprograms.com will provide a comprehensive listing of all categories of law awards ranging from civil rights to education and from e-lawyering to environmental law. The site intends to be a comprehensive listing of all law awards available in the United States, with the mission to encourage more lawyers and law firms to achieve higher perfection in the practice of law. Through the site, lawyers can identify skills and accomplishments that match with available awards. The site includes several awards given by the American Bar Association, and other organizations such as The American Lawyer Hall of Fame, Environmental Law Institute, The International Legal Alliance and the National Conference for Women’s Bar Associations.

The featured program of the month is The Burton Awards for Legal Achievement, a non-profit program run in association with the Library of Congress.
