Inadequate Big Rig Cab Survival Space Allegedly Suffocates Truck Driver

Southfield, MI (Law Firm Newswire) October 5, 2015 – Geoffery Parker died in a horrific big rig crash in 2014. The cab survival space was allegedly too small and the cab was not adequately designed to withstand a rollover, and he suffocated.

Parker’s family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Paccar Inc., based in Washington, alleging the cab design and manufacturing of the vehicle were insufficient.
