Mr. Johnson completed a rigorous training program that included countless hours in the classroom and hands on training in a chemical laboratory. The training included courses in Forensic Chromatography, Forensic Drug Analysis and Forensic Principles of Driving Under the Influence of both drugs and alcohol. Dane Johnson, a native Texan, has devoted his professional life to assisting citizens who have been charged with DWI offenses in and around the Houston area. Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston in 1994 and finished law school in just two and one half years from the University of Houston Law Center in 1996. After graduating, Mr. Johnson started his career with the Galveston County District Attorney’s office where he quickly worked his way up to the role of chief prosecutor. While at the District Attorney’s Office, he handled more jury trials than anyone else in the office and honed his trial skills.

In 2004, Mr. Johnson became one of the youngest lawyers in Texas to become Board Certified in Criminal Law.
