Southfield, MI (Law Firm Newswire) June 26, 2018 – An 18-wheeler traveling west on Interstate 440 in Arkansas crossed into the eastbound lane, striking another big rig. One trucker was killed in the crash.

The preliminary police report indicates a westbound truck hauling two trailers hit the inside of a concrete barrier, causing the vehicle to cross over into the eastbound lanes. The second trailer hit another eastbound 18-wheeler, killing the driver and injuring two others.

It is not clear if the first truck was speeding or whether the driver was distracted. An investigation is ongoing.

The family of the deceased trucker may wish to file a wrongful death lawsuit to obtain compensation for their loss. In the meantime, the family is likely to need financial assistance.

”Litigation funding, also referred to as a “lawsuit loan,” provides plaintiffs with the flexibility to receive part of their settlement now, without the need for monthly payments,” explained Daren Monroe, Litigation Funding Corporation representative. “That way they can pay their bills while negotiating their claim from a position of strength.”

For a plaintiff interested in pursuing litigation funding, the first step is to hire an experienced personal injury attorney. Then, complete an online funding application or call Litigation Funding Corporation at 1-866-548-3863.

“We review case materials provided by your attorney, and, if the case qualifies, provide immediate cash. We take all the risks and charge nothing unless you collect compensation,” Monroe added. There is no credit check or income verification required. When the case is settled, the plaintiff’s attorney repays the lawsuit cash advance from the proceeds of the case. However, if the case is lost, repayment of the cash advance is completely waived.

“If you are in a pending lawsuit, do not accept an inadequate settlement offer,” said Monroe. Litigation Funding Corporation is a direct funding company that markets, underwrites, services, and funds personal injury cases in-house. This means faster funding approval, lower rates and better terms for plaintiffs.
