San Mateo, CA (Law Firm Newswire) August 01, 2019 – A lawsuit against Summit Estate, Inc. was dismissed with prejudice on the eve of trial. The lawsuit entitled Bryan Garrison v. Summit Estate et al. was an employment discrimination suit brought in 2016, and also included a cross complaint filed by Summit against Mr. Garrison alleging breach of contract and fraud. Summit defended against the claims for nearly three years, and filed its cross complaint after conducting significant investigation and discovery including multiple depositions.
