Many law firms send traditional editor focused press releases to local newspapers and trade publications. This is very helpful. While they may not always publish the release, you are keeping your name in their contact list, which opens the door to exposure in the future when they need expert comments.

When preparing a press release for a traditional news publication, follow traditional rules. Then, modify that press release for the open market and submit it through Law Firm Newswire. Even if the newspaper doesn’t run the story, your announcement will go out on Google News and 220+ news websites.
