San Francisco, CA (Law Firm Newswire) October 27, 2016 – A former merchandizer who began working at Home Depot in April 2013 has sued the company for disability discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. The lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, on July 28. Guadalupe Carbajal was injured in a workplace fall on February 2, 2015. Northville, MI (Law Firm Newswire) August 4, 2014 – The Home Depot Foundation has awarded Volunteers of America more than $225,000 in grants for projects that will improve housing conditions for at-risk Michigan veterans. In July, Volunteers of America opened a 16-unit apartment complex to homeless veterans in Warren, using money from a previous grant by the Home Depot Foundation.
