Dallas, TX (Law Firm Newswire) November 18, 2015 – A class action lawsuit has been filed against the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and numerous government officials over changes in green card eligibility requirements in the amended October’s Visa Bulletin. The amended October Visa Bulletin released by the State Department moved the cutoff dates for certain Indian and Chinese immigrants backward, limiting the number of foreign nationals in those categories to submit green card applications.
